Terms of service

 


  • All vinyl parcels are shipped registered, expect small orders of a few cassettes. If you do want registered shipping on a single cassette order, contact us. 
  • Please read and respect the buyer limitations. Limited Phantom Lure editions who are hand-numbered to /100 are strictly limited to 1 copy per buyer. With some other distributed items we offer only 1 or 2 copies per order. If you order more then the allowance, your order will be cancelled. No exceptions. Unless exceptional agreement beforehand, buying more than 2 copies is strictly prohibited and will result in a cancelation of your order.

  • All items are packed in sturdy packaging so we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. 

  • All items of your order ship together. If you buy an item in pre-order, the other items will be shipped in the same package. All estimated delivery times are written in the item's description. Unless differently noted, all items will ship out within 3 to 5 working days. 

  • Pre-orders are subject to a different shipping date. If we experience a factory delay it can happen that the items will be ready later. Please follow our Instagram and Telegram accounts for up to date information. If we exceed the estimated shipping date we inform all current orders of the situation via e-mail. No refunds are accepted with pre-orders.

  • If an order comes back to us from a wrong address or you failed to pick it up at your post office, we will recharge the extra mailing costs to ship the package again.

  • We don't hold or reserve items. However, you can add more items to an existing pre-order but only if you contact us through the contact form. If you see a new item you want to add to your existing order, please buy the order and leave a message in the description box. We will merge the order and refund you when the records are ready to ship.
